I am so sad that you are leaving me! Who is going to fix all my problems now??? You are one of the best support personnel in any of the business units that I have worked (Bartlesville, Venezuela, Houston, and Jakarta). I appreciate all the hard work you have done to help me. As far as I am concerned, it is a HUGE loss to (name of my company) that you are leaving the company.
